North Notts Diabetic Retinopathy Screening Programme
We are part of the North Notts Diabetic Retinopathy Screening Programme. This service is available annually to registered diabetics whose GP is within the North Nottinghamshire Programme.
We are able to offer appointments for sight test and screening on the same day, or screening only, depending if you are due for a sight test. Once you receive your reminder from the Diabetic Screening Programme, our staff would be happy to assist you in making your appointment. You can call them on the above number, or call in at the practise, whichever is more convenient.
Diabetic Retinopathy Screening availability:
February 2012
Saturday 18th February.
Monday 20th February, Tuesday 21st February, Friday 24th February, Saturday 25th February,
Extra dates added for February: Thursday 23rd February.
